When is the Box Office open?

Our Box Office is open from 12 - 6:30 Monday – Friday. We are also open any night there is a show, once doors open. |

What shows can I buy tickets for at Gramercy Theatre?

You may purchase tickets for all Live Nation events held at Gramercy Theatre, Irving Plaza, Roseland Ballroom & Hammerstein Ballroom. A $2- $5 box office fee is applied to each ticket sold at our Box Office. |

What forms of payment do you accept at the Box Office?

Is the Box Office the only way to purchase tickets?

Where is Gramercy Theatre located?

We are located at 127 East 23rd Street, between Park Ave S & Lexington Ave. If you are commuting by train (North or South) take the N, R or 6 to 23rd Street. |

Are there assigned seats at Gramercy Theatre?
|
|
|
|
Seating is available but not assigned; Gramercy Theatre is a General Admission Standing/Seated venue unless otherwise noted for a specific show. |

What if I need accessible seating?

Please contact our Box Office at 212-614.6932 to make arrangements for accessible seating. We advise any person needing accommodations to arrive 30 minutes prior to doors. |

I purchased a Fast Lane ticket, where do I wait in line?
|
|
|
|
The beauty of Fast Lane tickets is that you do not have to wait in line! We advise arriving 3o minutes prior to doors, in which there will be a separate area for you to wait. If you are eager to arrive earlier, we ask that you please wait on the regular line until the Fast Lane area is set up. |

Is there an age restriction at Gramercy Theatre?
|
|
|
|
Gramercy Theatre is an all ages venue. You must be over 21 & present a valid ID to obtain a wristband in order to drink alcohol. If you are under 16 years old, you MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian. |

How can I find out set times?
|
|
|
|
Set times are available the day of the show by calling the Concert Hotline 212-777-1224. Keep in mind that all times are subject to change. |

Do you have a place to put our coats and bags?
|
|
|
|
Our Coat Check is open seasonally. However Coat Check is always available if a voucher is purchased prior to the event (available at Livenation.com or the Box Office for $3). |

What is your photo/ video policy?
|
|
|
|
Point and Shoot cameras are allowed into the venue. Flash photography and cameras with a removable lens need a pass obtained through the band’s management- If you do not have a photo pass we require that your camera is checked for $3 into Coat Check. Audio and video recording are not allowed. |

Where should I park?
|
|
|
|
Unfortunately due to our prime location we do not have a designated parking area but there are many parking garages located around the venue. There is also street parking available in the area. |
|

Are food and beverage available inside the venue?
|
|
|
|
We have a selection of snacks and other light refreshments at the bars. Our bars serve a variety of beer, wine, and liquor. You must be over 21 and present a valid photo ID to obtain a wristband in order to drink alcohol. Outside food and beverages are not permitted into the venue. |

To view the artist videos you must install the Adobe Flash plug-in for your web browser. You can download the appropriate Flash installer for your platform HERE.. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install Flash for your browser, then reload the pages with videos you would like to view -- the videos should stream and be viewable now. |

How do I listen to the iTunes preview sound clips on the event detail pages?

|
To listen to the iTunes preview sound clips you need to install Apple Quicktime. If you already have Apple's iTune's software installed, you should be able to listen to the clips by clicking on the song titles. Download the latest version of Apple Quicktime and/or iTunes for your computer HERE. |

I noticed that some shows are listed at Gramercy Theatre while others are listed at the Lounge @ Gramercy Theatre? What’s the difference?

The Lounge @ Gramercy Theatre is still located within our venue but holds a smaller capacity in order to create a more intimate concert experience. |
